We help all families; from those who are aren’t even sure what the NDIS is, all the way to the families ready for help coordinating and managing their plans.

Ian Rutherford

Customer Care Manager

Ian started at Windgap supervising one of our residences, but for the last year he has been working to get Windgap NDIS Ready. He now oversees the Customer Care Team. Ian joined Windgap in 2015. Ian has many years of experience working in human services working for Queensland Government as well as in a number of non-government organisations. Ian has a background in Project Management, Strategic Planning as well as Policy Development and Implementation in the Disability Sector. He has also worked in Child Care, Centre Based Respite Services and Accommodation Services.


Chana Eisman

Case Coordinator

Chana has joined the Windgap Customer Care Team as an NDIS Transition Coordinator and Case Coordinator whose role is to assist clients and their families prepare for, understand and navigate the new world of NDIS. Chana is passionate about person-centred practice and working towards holistic psychosocial care for all her clients. Chana has over 10 years experience working in Mental Health, Welfare and the Aged Care Sector and is currently completing her Masters in Social Work (Qualifying) 2017. Chana also holds a Masters in Art Psychotherapy, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and Sociology as well as a Cert IV in Community Services Welfare.
