We help all families; from those who are aren’t even sure what the NDIS is, all the way to the families ready for help coordinating and managing their plans.

Joanne D’Arcy

Direct Services Manager

Joanne has been at Windgap since 1993, starting as a community support worker. Joanne has held various positions across the organisation working her way towards a management role. She has a background in Education, Certificate IV in Disability Support and a Diploma in Community Services Management. e:jdarcy@windgap.org.au

 

 

 

Ian Rutherford

Customer Care Manager

Ian started at Windgap supervising one of our residences, but for the last year he has been working to get Windgap NDIS Ready. He now oversees the Customer Care Team. Ian joined Windgap in 2015. Ian has many years of experience working in human services working for Queensland Government as well as in a number of non-government organisations. Ian has a background in Project Management, Strategic Planning as well as Policy Development and Implementation in the Disability Sector. He has also worked in Child Care, Centre Based Respite Services and Accommodation Services.  Ian has a Certificate III in Community Services and is currently studying Certificate IV in Leadership and Management. e:irutherford@windgap.org.au

 

 

Angie Antar

Customer Service Specialist

Angie will likely be the first friendly face you meet at Windgap, as she is our first point of contact and will ensure you will talk to the right person. Angie has over 10 years experience in Customer Service. e:aantar@windgap.org.au

 

 

 

Christine Stewart

NDIS Transition Coordinator

Christine is one of our NDIS Transition Coordinators. Her role is to help you navigate the new world of the NDIS, and get you and your family NDIS Ready. She’s worked at Windgap for over 13 years and has diplomas in Community Services and Disability Work. e:cstewart@windgap.org.au

 

 

Chana Eisman

Case Coordinator

Chana has joined the Windgap Customer Care Team as an NDIS Transition Coordinator and Case Coordinator whose role is to assist clients and their families prepare for, understand and navigate the new world of NDIS. Chana is passionate about person-centred practice and working towards holistic psychosocial care for all her clients. Chana has over 10 years experience working in Mental Health, Welfare and the Aged Care Sector and is currently completing her Masters in Social Work (Qualifying) 2017. Chana also holds a Masters in Art Psychotherapy, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and Sociology as well as a Cert IV in Community Services Welfare. e:ceisman@windgap.org.au

 

Amy Kearney

NDIS Transition Coordinator

Amy is one of our NDIS Transition Coordinators. Her role is to help you navigate the new world of the NDIS and make informed decisions about your future. Amy will assist you and your family to transition to NDIS. Amy started out at Windgap as a Social Work student on placement and has now become a member of our Customer Care Team. Amy has extensive experience of working with the public and holds a B.A Honours Degree in Social Science, majoring in Sociology and Social Policy. She is currently studying her Master of Social Work (Qualifying) which she will complete in December 2017. e:akearney@windgap.org.au

 

Yasser Zaki

Accommodation Services Manager

Yasser coordinates the day-to-day running of all of Windgap’s residences. He is the main point of contact for our accommodation services. He also assists with intake and assessment of participants looking to enter accommodation. Yasser has over 10 years experience in the industry and has an in-depth knowledge of the NDIS. Yasser holds a Bachelors degree majoring in Sociology, as well as a Diploma in Disability and a Cert. IV in Frontline Management. e:yzaki@windgap.org.au

 

Ciara O’Sullivan

Day Programs Manager

Ciara coordinates the day-to-day running of all Day Programs within Windgap. Ciara is the main point of contact for our Day Programs. She assists with preparing participants transitioning to NDIS, conducts intake and assessment within Windgap and participant allocation to Day Program services. Ciara holds a Diploma in Business Studies, and a B.A Honours Degree in Social Studies.
