Residential Services

The Windgap Foundation’s Residential Services is currently made up of 7 group homes, located within the Botany, Randwick and City of Sydney council areas – housing 28 residents. The aim of our Residential Services is to support its residents with an intellectual disability to live as independently as possible within the local community.


Day Programs

Day Programs provide people with an opportunity to participate in and be valued by their community. People with a disability enjoy a range of meaningful activities including: life skills development, adult education, job skills, community participation, recreation and leisure.




Young Employment Program

Young Employment Program (YEP), previously known as the Transition to Work (TTW) is a 2 year program offering participants and their families a boutique, person-centred program promoting work and life skills in a wide range of industries for school leavers. The program is designed to provide hands on work experience in a range of working environments.



Windgap Enterprises

Windgap Enterprise provides supported employment to over 60 people with an intellectual disability. Services include: labelling, collating, light assembly and packaging.




Growability is Windgap Foundation’s enterprise and our team is trained and managed by experienced garden care professionals. Our Growability team offers the following services: Lawn mowing and Lawn Care, Garden Maintenance, Improvements and Upkeep, Weeding, Pruning and Trimming






Life After Work (L.A.W)

Windgap’s Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE) workshop in Eastlakes has approximately 60 supported employees, many of whom are at, or approaching, retirement age.





Making Airwaves

“Making Airwaves” is an opportunity for people with an intellectual disability to learn radio presentation and production skills, creating their own radio show.
