Hercules is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants with over 30 years accounting and operational experience in the finance and construction industries. Hercules joined Windgap in September 2012.
Joanne D'arcy
Residential Services Manager
Joanne has been at Windgap since 1993, starting as a community support worker. Joanne has held various positions across the organisation working her way towards a management role. She has a background in Education, Certificate IV in Disability Support and a Diploma in Community Services Management.
Glen Snowden
Day Programs Manager
Glen is a university educated Community Services Professional, specialising in designing and delivering high-quality services for people with an intellectual disability. He holds tertiary qualifications in Business (Management) and Community Services and has worked in numerous agencies across the state in both frontline and management positions for over 10 years.
