Project Manager

As the Project Manager you will work across a diverse range of identified projects from systems reviews and installations, to property development or refurbishment. In this exciting role you will have a direct impact on services supporting Participants to live their best lives.

About the role:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will collaborate closely with a variety of people at all levels across the organisation, including C-suite, Managers and Participant facing roles to implement and drive identified projects in alignment with organisational strategy. You will utilise internal SME’s to develop and implement project plans and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, budget and within scope.

What you need to succeed?

As an experienced Project Manager, you will ensure desired project outcomes are achieved through imbedding project methodology across the organisation.

You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Qualification and experience in project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK and Agile)
  • Experience in project management and implementation, including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, reporting, issue and risk management and managing budgets
  • Fostering and sustaining partnerships across teams and relevant external agencies
  • Experience in contract administration and management
  • Understanding of SDA design standards, or a willingness to attain
  • Unrestricted Class C drivers licence
  • An excellent level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within formal and informal community networks and systems
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS suite and experience using databases
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience in construction projects including cost, budget management, contractor supervision etc. would be highly regarded.
