All our Supported Employment programs and services are coordinated by experienced professionals, who work alongside our teams of participants to help provide employment, training and quality production and service.

You can help improve the lives of adults with disabilities through supporting one of our employment programs and provide opportunities and benefits, including:

• a sense of purpose, achievement and opportunity to earn an income;
• build confidence and self esteem;
• discover new talents and learn new skills;
• form friendships, work as a team and increase social skills; and
• receive access to capacity building programs and opportunities to develop independence and real life skills in travel, self care, technology, money management, literacy and numeracy.

Our current Supported Employment opportunities include:

Growability – our garden and lawn maintenance team

Warehouse – providing a range of commercial picking, packaging and assembly

Laser Engraving – engraving and laser cutting on a range of surfaces and products, from trophies to cake toppers.
