Windgap’s Hospitality Program

Our hospitality training program empowers adults with disabilities to gain job training and work skills at Windgap.

Windgap’s Tukkabox café provides coffee, lunches and catering for Windgap Head Office, employees and participants working and training onsite.

Participants receive experience and training in:

  • Barista coffee making skills
  • Food preparation
  • Catering
  • Customer service
  • Opportunity to receive further qualifications through TAFE NSW

Custom Cookies

Our Tukkabox catering team can make custom cookies to cater for your next event or special occasion. Treat yourself or your friends and family to a delicious shortbread style biscuit that helps to support adults with disabilities.

Cookies come individually wrapped and can be ordered with custom shapes, sugar icing colours (up to 2), personalised stamped text or symbols (with up to 20 characters).

100% of the proceeds from the sale of these cookie orders go back to support our hospitality training program.
