Our Warehouse

Our purpose built, fully functioning warehouse is one of our Australian Disability Enterprises (ADE) to provide supported employment to adults with intellectual disabilities.

There are many roles and opportunities within our warehouse, providing each of our participants with a range of jobs and skill development.

Work Experience and Skill Training

As a member of our warehouse ADE, each individual will receive experience and training in:

  • a range of equipment including compactors, pallet jacks, pallet wrapping, and shrink wrap machines;
  • conveyer belt management;
  • picking and packing;
  • quality control; and
  • Work Health and Safety training.



Growability provides supported employment to adults with intellectual disabilities in residential and commercial gardening and lawn maintenance.

Our Growability team is managed by experienced gardening and grounds keeping professionals, who work alongside each individual to understand talents and areas for upskilling.

This person centred approach ensures we match each individual to the best role for them within the team and can provide continuous opportunities for growth, training and success.

Work Experience and Skill Training

There are many roles within the Growability team, providing a range of opportunities for skill development, training and experiences.

As a member of the Growability team each individual will receive experience and training in:

  • lawn mowing and edging;
  • weeding, pruning and trimming;
  • fertilising, mulching and soil conditioning;
  • leaf blowing, branch and waste removal;
  • planting and gardening;
  • overall garden maintenance, improvements and upkeep
  • equipment training with lawn mowers, leaf blowers, whipper snippers, hedging and edging tools, wheel barrows, mulching and other gardening equipment;
  • customer service and communication skills;
  • Work Health and Safety training; and
  • an opportunity to receive further qualifications in horticulture with TAFE NSW

Certification opportunities

Depending on the goals within each individuals plan and their personal interests, we also partner with TAFE NSW to provide a range of onsite training and qualifications.

The current TAFE Certifications we offer include:

TAFE Certification in Horticulture
Learn about all aspects of landscaping, using a range of tools, education on plant varieties, garden care and maintenance.
