Fringe Benefit Tax exemptions

As a not for profit organisation, our employees also benefit from Fringe Benefit Tax exemptions through salary packaging – an entitlement provided by the Federal Government that allows part of your income to be a tax-free benefit.

Employees are also eligible to enjoy a portion of tax free meals and entertainment allowance as a part of this program.

Employer Statement (WGEA Program)

The vast majority of Windgap’s workforce is paid under the SCHADS and Supported Employment awards. These awards do not differ rates based on gender.
